The first part of the process is to register what you are interested in investing in by going to our contact page. As these properties are only available for a short time you must allow us to contact you immediately we have something that may interest you. We will send you details of the properties available.
Buying Process
1. You can either visit us or appoint a lawyer to act for you in Spain and send you deposit to your lawyer (this will vary according to the property)
2.All procedures and checks are make and you purchase the property from the bank and your lawyer processes all paperwork and pays costs on your behalf.
